At My Pet Reiki, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. To ensure that we can continue to provide the highest level of care and service to all our furry clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice Period:
Pet Reiki Services: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled services.
Cancellation Fees:
Reiki Services: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Refunds:
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel due to an unforeseen emergency, please contact us immediately to discuss your situation. Proper documentation or evidence may be required to waive cancellation fees in emergency cases.

To cancel or make changes to a scheduled service, please contact us directly by phone at 619-514-4144 or via our website https://mypetreiki.com, Please provide all necessary details, including your name, service date and time, and the reason for cancellation.
